Training-only coaching is a monthly training-program subscription, which includes a personalized training program, a cardio plan (if needed) and ongoing communication and plan modifications with your coach.
Your progress will be assessed as you continue your plan, so that your coach can make the proper modifications to your training program to maximize results.
